Yes. Many programs need mixed size runs, including youth and adult sizes. Available sizes and cuts depend on the specific garment, so we confirm the size range before the order is approved.

Absolutely. We can refresh an existing look while preserving your program's colors, mascot, history, and recognizable identity. We can also start from a completely new concept when a full redesign is appropriate.

Yes. Custom projects are reviewed visually before production. Your approval is important because names, numbers, colors, logo placement, spelling, sizing information, and design details should be confirmed before manufacturing begins.

Revision allowances depend on the project or design package you purchase. Your quote or design agreement will identify what is included and any fee that applies to revisions beyond the included scope.

Yes, provided you own it or have permission to use it for the requested products. Legendary Athlete may require an intellectual-property authorization form or other proof of permission before using third-party logos, mascots, artwork, photos, trademarks, or other protected material.

We may require written authorization from the rights holder or an authorized representative before proceeding. Customer approval of a design does not create permission to use intellectual property owned by someone else.

Yes. Logo development and brand-refresh services can be scoped separately from uniform production. Ownership and permitted uses of newly created artwork are addressed in the applicable design agreement.

Only when the necessary permission or release has been obtained. For minors, Legendary Athlete may require authorization from a parent or legal guardian before using a child's name, image, or likeness for promotional purposes.

Yes, when the selected product supports individual personalization. A complete and accurate roster should be submitted before final approval. The customer or authorized team representative is responsible for reviewing names, numbers, sizes, and spellings.

Yes, subject to the available size range for the selected product. Youth and adult sizing may differ by garment, so we recommend using the applicable size chart or sizing samples rather than assuming everyday clothing size will match.

Sizing samples may be available for certain uniform programs. Availability, deposits, replacement charges, shipping, and whether a sizing-kit fee can be credited toward a larger order will be confirmed for the specific project.

Payment requirements are stated on your quote or invoice. Production does not begin until the required design approvals, roster information, authorizations, and payment milestones have been completed.

Contact us immediately. Changes may be possible before production starts. Once manufacturing, printing, embroidery, sublimation, cutting, or other customization has begun, changes may be limited, delayed, or subject to additional charges.

A typical custom production target is approximately four weeks after final design approval and required payment, plus shipping time. Complex projects, large orders, specialty materials, holiday periods, factory capacity, customs, or carrier delays can affect the timeline.

Production timing begins only after the order is production-ready. That generally means the final design, roster, sizes, quantities, artwork permissions, shipping information, and required payment have all been approved or received.

When trackable shipping is used, tracking information is provided or made available after the order ships. Large team orders may arrive in more than one package.

Direct-to-family fulfillment may be available through certain team-store or program arrangements. Other team orders ship in bulk to the organization or designated contact. The fulfillment method is established before the store or order opens.

In many cases, yes. Reorders depend on continued availability of the fabric, components, manufacturing method, color standards, and design files. Ordering a small quantity later may also have different pricing or minimums than the original team order.

Contact Legendary Athlete promptly and provide the order information, a description of the issue, and clear photos when possible. We will review whether the issue is a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, production error, or another matter and determine the appropriate resolution.

Because custom products are made to approved specifications, returns for change of mind, player changes, or customer-selected sizing may be limited. Review size charts, sizing samples, rosters, and proofs carefully before approval. Manufacturing defects or Legendary Athlete production errors are reviewed separately.

The approved proof and roster are used as the production reference. If the manufactured product matches approved information, correction or replacement may require a new paid item. If Legendary Athlete or its production partner made an error that differs from the approved information, contact us so it can be reviewed.

Yes. Store options can be created for approved programs so families, staff, supporters, or athletes can purchase selected merchandise online. The store format, product selection, fulfillment process, term, and branding permissions are established with the organization.

Year-round operation may be available depending on the products, fulfillment platform, school or organization authorization, and store agreement. Seasonal product changes or temporary closures may still be needed for inventory, production, or program updates.

Yes. Many programs use a combination: uniforms or required gear can be coordinated as a team order while spirit wear and optional merchandise are sold individually through a store.

Fundraising or revenue-share arrangements may be available. The percentage, eligible products, payment schedule, taxes, returns, chargebacks, and other terms are documented in the applicable team-store or revenue-share agreement.

Legendary Downloads are digital tools, templates, and operating resources designed to help coaches, team parents, and sports organizations manage their programs more effectively. Product descriptions identify what is included and whether a file is printable, fillable, or both.

Unless the product license says otherwise, digital products are licensed for the purchasing individual or organization and are not intended for resale, public redistribution, or uploading to shared marketplaces. Contact Legendary Athlete if you need a broader organizational license.

Because digital files can be accessed immediately, digital-product refunds may be limited once a file has been delivered or downloaded, except where required by law or where the file is materially defective. Any product-specific refund terms shown at checkout will control.
