Custom Product Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing names, numbers, sizes, quantities, colors, spelling, logos, placement, and all design details before written approval.
Color + Product Variation
Colors may vary slightly between digital mockups, screens, fabric lots, decoration methods, samples, and finished products. Reasonable manufacturing tolerances may also apply to placement and sizing.
Returns + Cancellations
Approved custom items may not be returnable, exchangeable, or refundable unless defective or produced incorrectly relative to the final approved specifications. Cancellation rights and fees should be stated in the signed order documents.
Design Changes
Changes requested after approval may require revised pricing, new artwork approval, production delays, or replacement costs. Production errors should be reported within the final published claim window with supporting photographs and order details.
Design Ownership
Clarify ownership and permitted use of customer-supplied marks, Legendary Athlete-created artwork, paid design services, mockups, production files, and portfolio photography in final project agreements.
