Production Start
Production timelines begin after final artwork, sizing, order quantities, product selections, shipping details, and required payment have been received and approved.
Estimated Schedules
All production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Order complexity, revision timing, seasonal demand, supplier availability, carrier delays, weather, and events outside reasonable control may affect schedules.
Shipping + Local Delivery
Shipping costs, carrier method, local delivery eligibility, address confirmation, tracking, signature requirements, and risk-of-loss terms should be confirmed in the final order or invoice.
Inspection + Claims
Customers should inspect orders promptly after delivery and report shortages, damage, defects, or production discrepancies within the final published claim period. Packaging, labels, and photographic evidence may be required.
Reorders
Reorders are subject to current product availability, minimum quantities, materials, color lots, decoration methods, and pricing. An exact match to a prior production run may not always be possible.
