Customer Review
The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing every mockup and order document, including names, numbers, spelling, sizes, quantities, colors, marks, placements, and product styles.
Final Approval
Written approval confirms that the displayed design and order information are accepted for production. Production begins only after all required approvals and payment requirements are complete.
Screen + Color Differences
Digital colors and on-screen mockups are representations. Fabric, ink, thread, lighting, monitor settings, and production processes can create reasonable differences in finished color and appearance.
Changes After Approval
A change requested after final approval may require a revised quote, new design approval, additional fees, replacement costs, or a revised production timeline.
Customer-Supplied Content
Customers confirm they are authorized to use all names, logos, trademarks, artwork, and other content supplied for the project and accept responsibility for obtaining necessary permissions.
